Warranty Conditions

  1. The warranty applies only to the original consumer and covers TPT Golf shafts purchased from an authenticated TPT facility, an authorized fitter, or the TPT online shop.
  2. The warranty guarantees that shafts are free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 12 months from the original date of purchase.
  3. The consumer must provide acceptable proof of purchase (digital receipts are accepted) from the authorized seller. The shaft must not undergo any unauthorized modifications. Standard adjustments such as regripping or trimming (tip or butt) are acceptable, provided they are performed by TPT Golf online or at an authorized facility and the shaft was not damaged during these modifications. TPT will determine if any damage is related to the adjustments.
  4. For purchases made through an authorized fitter: The client must contact the fitter from whom the shaft was purchased. The authorized fitter will handle the warranty process by directly communicating with TPT Golf on the client’s behalf.
    For purchases made through the TPT online shop: The client can contact TPT Golf directly for any warranty claims.
  5. Shafts purchased from unauthorized platforms are not covered by the warranty. Warranty claims must be made through the original point of purchase—either the TPT Online web store or an authorized TPT fitter.
  6. Prototype or Tour-issue shafts are not for resale and are excluded from any warranty coverage.
  7. All shaft failure claims must be documented using the TPT Breakage Report. The claim must include photos of the broken shaft and the shaft’s serial number. Failure to provide complete information may void the warranty.
  8. The failed shaft must match the recommended clubhead speed specified in the TPT shaft warranty table below. If the speed is outside this recommendation, warranty validation will be at the discretion of TPT Golf.
  9. If the warranty claim is approved, TPT will ship a replacement shaft free of charge. Any replaced shaft will be covered by the original purchase date’s warranty, with a limit of one replacement per 12-month period.
  10. Warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accidental damage, or improper installation by unauthorized parties. Damage from normal wear and tear is also excluded.
  11. These conditions must be reviewed and approved by TPT’s warranty department before a final decision is made. The client will be informed of the status of their claim within 7 business days.
  12. TPT Golf is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages beyond the replacement of the defective shaft.
